Weekly Sessions
If you’re dealing with some heavier blockages or are looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, 1:1 weekly sessions might work best for you. This plan includes a nutrition and meditative guide to supplement the work.

Distance Reiki
A Reiki session where the Reiki practitioner is not physically in the same space as the client. These sessions are as transformative and effective as in-person sessions.
